Passed away peacefully on January 28, 2011 at the age of 79, with his family by his side.
“Phil” (P fly) born October 4, 1931, and raised in Milwaukee was a beloved husband and best friend to Nadine Zuckerman (nee Shaw). Loving and devoted father to five children, Bonita Zuckerman, Paul (Rebecca) Zuckerman, Pamela Zuckerman, Nancy (Keith) Goldstein and Julie (Gary) Schwedt. Adoring grandfather of Alex, Jillian, Jacob and Michaela. Dear brother of Martin (Arlene) Zuckerman and Leatrice (Robert) Sherman. Dear uncle of Leslie (Michael) Cohen and Debra (William) Berk. Further survived and deeply missed by other loving family and many dear friends.
Phil was interested in many things, but most of all people. He always had time for friends and family. He was supportive and caring to all. There are no words to express the sorrow his passing brings, and how greatly this wonderful, kind, and generous man will be missed.
Services will be held on Monday, January 31st at 11:00 AM at Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun, 2020 West Brown Deer Road, River Hills.
Burial to follow at Mound Zion Cemetery, 14510 West North Avenue, Brookfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun or Hadassah.
